Privacy policy

CoverClarity is an independent ACA estimate and education site. It is not a broker, insurer, or government application, and the calculator is not a quote request form.
Calculator inputs
The Florida ACA subsidy calculator is designed to run in your browser. Household size, ages, income, county, ZIP, and area selections are processed on the page so the estimate can update. Those calculator inputs are not submitted to CoverClarity by the static calculator.
Do not enter information that is unnecessary for an estimate. The calculator does not ask for names, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, health conditions, or payment information.
Cookies and local processing
The calculator itself does not require a CoverClarity account cookie. Some browser features may temporarily keep page state while you use the site, and production analytics or advertising services may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived location, referrer, browser type, and page-view information under their own policies.
Analytics and advertising
Production deployments may use analytics and Google AdSense auto ads to understand site performance and support the site. Google and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, limit fraud, personalize ads when applicable, and report aggregate performance.
Google's advertising and privacy practices are described at Google advertising technologies and Google Privacy Policy. Browser-level ad personalization and cookie settings are controlled through your browser, device, and Google account settings.
No lead sale
CoverClarity does not sell quote leads from the calculator. We do not operate a hidden enrollment form, outbound sales call workflow, or broker matching form on this site.
Third-party links
Guides may link to HealthCare.gov, IRS, CMS, HHS, or other official resources so readers can verify ACA subsidy and Marketplace details. Those external websites have their own privacy policies and security practices.
Questions and corrections
Use contact.html for privacy questions, correction requests, or source concerns. The contact page also explains current prelaunch limitations while a public domain contact channel is pending.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the production domain, analytics configuration, advertising configuration, or contact channel changes. Material updates should keep this page, editorial-policy.html, and sources-corrections.html aligned.
